Overview

Prior to moving into management consultancy, Simon worked in a number of senior export sales and marketing management roles, most notably with Sperrin Metal Products Ltd – during his time there, the Company won 3 Queens Awards for Export Achievement. Simon set up Full Circle in 2005 and has built this into one of Ireland’s largest and most successful management consultancy practices. Whilst he has worked clients across many sectors, Simon has specific expertise in working with SME clients in the engineering and construction products sectors. Simon’s whole approach to working with SME clients is to ‘roll up the sleeves’ in order to assist these clients to make things happen more quickly, more easily and more cost effectively than would otherwise be the case. Simon works extensively across NI and ROI and works regularly with InterTradeIreland, Enterprise Ireland, Invest NI, the local councils in NI and the Local Enterprise Offices in ROI.
