Overview

Pearson Consulting was formed in 2018 by Alva Pearson who has 20 years’ experience at senior level in sales and marketing. Alva provides direct support in developing a business via the creation and implementation of a targeted sales and marketing strategy plan.

Support is offered in all areas of sales & marketing including website design and digital marketing. The objective is to establish a direct route to market, seek conversions, and achieve revenue targets set out in the strategy.

Alva is known to be an empathetic, creative, practical and methodical worker who gives clear direction and is mindful of available resources in terms of time, personal know-how and finances. Alva has hands on experience working across various sectors promoting commercial growth and establishing opportunities to generate greater revenue, those sectors are not limited to but include tourism and hospitality, environment and agriculture.

Pearson sits on a number of LEO panels and also the Failte Ireland mentoring and training panel.
