Overview

From direct sales & management experience, through to commercial guidance at board level for technical product & service companies (selling into many other sectors, as above), I now deliver Commercial & Sales Development projects for companies right across the island.

Aa a strategic thinker with developed commercial acumen from 25 years in-market experience; strong technical, analytical and interpersonal skills, I help companies with:

  • Commercial Goal setting -ensuring targets/objectives are aligned with a company’s overall vision,
  • Situation analysis -where are we now (the company offering and their customer-base strengths & weaknesses), and where would we like to get to,
  • Strategic sales planning -i.e. straight-forward plans to get there, and
  • The Implementation stage (if required).

Depending on requirements, if much of the initial parts are already covered in a company business plan, the sales planning and implementation stages are where I then tend to help most.
