I am an experienced Chartered Engineer with 25 year's experience in the Construction and Manufacturing sectors in tendering, project management, value engineering, contractual, legal matters, negotiation and technical matters for Clients in NI, ROI and GB Sectors include traditional Building, Roads, Bridges, Rail, Water, Mechanical and Electrical Sectors.

I have placed a particular emphasis on the SME sectors working successfully with small and medium sized companies in business development, bidding, procurement, and business improvement. Clients are surprised when I tell them that 80% of work won by companies is as a direct result of clients having previous positive experiences with the successful company. It is therefore vital that companies identify position and target clients well ahead of opportunities to allow them to best sell their capabilities and chances of success. I have a proven track record in successfully and efficiently developing new clients for companies and winning new work.
