Overview

I am a business owner and turnaround business specialist with over 25 years’ experience in business and business consultancy. An MBA graduate, I have worked with 100s of SME owner/mangers in ROI and NI, focusing on tendering, market strategy, sales generation, business growth, export and raising finance and funding. I am an Entrepreneur in Residence with Catalyst Inc, supporting high growth businesses; a member of the Stormont Business Advisory Trust; and have been a Board Member across Enterprise Agencies, FE Colleges, Post Primary Education and the FSB. I am a listed consultant with InvestNI and have wide industrial experience within – food and drink, agri-food, construction, ICT, retail, manufacturing, engineering, the creative industries, healthcare and Life Science. I currently have client businesses across NI, ROI and GB.
