I work with businesses who may be struggling with marketing or panicking about profit and help them to plan, package and promote in such a way that they reach more of their ideal clients/customers consistently and recharge revenue. This helps them to focus on opportunities and ventures which will help them to reach a place of consistent profit. I work with businesses who may be facing specific challenges and help them to meet these challenges and succeed in a sustainable way. I work with the following sectors: Tourism & Hospitality, Food, Construction, Media, and retail. I work with clients in Ireland, the UK and Sweden. I am a recognised and professional business mentor with four local enterprise offices. I also work with businesses who may be diversifying and/or entering new markets, at a growth/change stage or who may require specific management support and guidance. Case study: Hospitality & Leisure. One award winning client was entering new markets and we helped them to address this across a portfolio of unique properties. We worked with them on new market development, personnel development and addressing the business strategies they have in place to help them sustain business and overcome the challenges for the long-term. Case Study: Construction. We worked with an established operator in terms of helping and supporting them to increase audience reach and package their business in the right manner offline and online. We helped them to introduce some simple, smart and effective marketing presence in the marketplace. This business was also learning how to address the UK market/Brexit challenge and justify the viability of working with it in the wake of Brexit. This means that they are now prepared with a plan of action no matter how Brexit goes. Case Study: Food & Beverage. We work with numerous award-winning producers of superior food and beverage offerings every year. One seasoned business person and client that was referred to us had an idea that was just not viable. I had to inform them why and explain my thought process on same. However, we identified another viable food product that they had parked; it has great margins, very simple and unique food offering and they are now working on the Acorn programme to take this further and the potential for this product both in Ireland and overseas is really strong.
