I work as a freelance marketing consultant for a varied range of SMEs and large corporations across Ireland and the UK, offering: Digital media – Including web development; developing websites individually and project managing major web projects. I regularly help clients gain greater exposure online via keyword development and targeted SEO. I am also experienced in developing online campaigns via PPC ads, display, mobile and VOD. Creative Industries – I work with graphic designers, videographers and other creative experts, offering brand development for clients, material development (brochures, leaflets etc) and creating compelling video content to promote products and services. ICT – I help clients to streamline business processes via new and improved IT services. Recently I helped a local interiors business revamp customer service processes by introducing a new CRM tool. I have also implemented a new HR system for a nursing home with 160+ staff, which has helped them manage their HR department much more efficiently and effectively.
