Les Curran Associates (LCA) provides a range of sales and marketing services to, locally based, owner managed Engineering and Technology companies. Recent projects in the Software and E-Commerce sectors included; working with a bespoke software development company to productise the offering, develop a sales plan and build a sales pipeline. Developed an innovative sales process for a Belfast based ecommerce company and closed several new contracts in Ireland, England and Scotland. Various engineering sector projects included; developing a sales and marketing strategy for a specialised drone manufacturing company which ultimately led to several high value contracts within the defence industry, working with a Cryospa manufacturing company to develop a five-year business plan and marketing strategy. Developed and delivered a sales and marketing strategy for several “Internet of Things” sensor manufacturing companies operating in the Energy, Healthcare and Food Safety sectors. LCA also mentors and assists technology start-ups.
