Overview

Throughout her career Lara has worked with businesses across a range of sectors to develop their export sales and marketing activities, but has a keen interest in food, hospitality, crafts and online retail. A snapshot of recent / current assignments within her sectoral expertise are:

• Currently managing the Food Development Export Programme on behalf of Armagh Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council, which is targeted at 21 food businesses, she is currently working with 6 of the businesses.
• Lara has just completed the Services, Tourism and Retail Programme for Antrim & Newtownabbey Borough Council. This programme worked with 19 business.
• Lara has just completed the 4th Journey to Programme, where she has worked with 25 food and craft businesses to grow and develop their business.
• She is a mentor on Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council and Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council mentoring frameworks.
