Many businesses participating in these programmes are involved in the hospitality, leisure and construction sectors in both Northern Ireland and RoI.

Mentoring is provided across a range of business disciplines including, marketing, finance, business plan development and e-business integration.

Joe has also provided mentoring to InterTrade Ireland Tradelinks clients and is a Fellow of the Institute of Consulting. He is also a member of the Chartered Management Institute Northern Ireland Regional Board a and also a founder Director of Townsend Enterprise Park Ltd., Core-Vision Ltd and Belfast FM Ltd.
