Overview
Jane Manzor is a brand marketer with over 20 years’ industry experience having worked with world class companies such as Unilever, Kepak and The Valeo Group up to Senior Marketing Management level.
In 2016 Jane set up her own marketing agency Manzor Marketing.
In the past 3 years Jane has worked with a broad range of clients in the Food, Beverage and SME sectors from large blue-chip organisations to smaller SMEs, all with export ambitions. Our key marketing focus was on developing/supporting their overall export growth ambitions and growth of overall market share and sales.
Some of her clients include large players in the Food and Agri sectors.
She is also an appointed marketing mentor with several local enterprise boards and Enterprise Ireland. In her work as a business mentor and consultant, Jane has helped companies to focus on all areas of marketing – including developing a marketing and brand strategy, marketing planning, digital marketing and measurement.
Jane is a very result driven marketer and looks for return on every project she manages.
She comes from two family businesses and as such is well aware of the challenges faced by growing businesses.

Client 1: Large Company in the Agri Sector

Work Completed:
Full branding and marketing strategy (incl export) – including competitive and market analysis, target market identification, marketing budget review and social media review.
Output and Results:
The customer received a thorough brand marketing and digital marketing plan for 18 months for their business. With the ongoing mentoring from Manzor Marketing they managed to implement and measure a very effective plan.
Cost Savings of 10% was made on their marketing budget – whilst maintaining and growing effectiveness.
Sales increase of +20% on the previous year.
Digital: The company started to implement an effective digital marketing strategy for their brand. This included increasing their following on Facebook and Twitter (two main platforms) and devising an effective email marketing plan to their client base.
Client 2: Confectionery Company
Date: July 17 to Nov 17
Work Completed:
Marketing plan and product launch for leading confectionery range into the Irish and Northern Ireland markets.
Included working with sales team to achieve listings, development of point of sale, new website, photography and social media campaign. Also managed PR launch event in conjunction with PR Partner. Highly successful launch.
Output and Results:
This was a thorough 360-degree product launch from scratch. Manzor Marketing worked with all of the various departments to deliver this project, including logistics, planning, sales and graphic design.
The new product gained listings in several of the major multiples and was supported with bespoke point of sale.
Highly effective PR campaign with a 3 x ROI on spend.
Artisan Restaurant:
Date: Jan 2018 to Dec 2019
Work Completed:
Full branding and marketing strategy – including competitive and market analysis, target market identification, marketing budget review and social media planning.
Included developing new brand for the restaurant including logo, strapline, internal signage and branding, increased focus on social media and development of new website (including new photography).
Manzor Marketing brought in their internal team to help with this launch which included photography, videography, PR, website and strategy.
Output and Results:
Highly successful launch. Increased focus on marketing and branding.
+50% sales growth in 2018.
Increase in Instagram followers from 500 to 1000 in six-month period.
Organic Flour
Date: May 2017 to Feb 2018
Work Completed:
Worked with a client through Enterprise Ireland at launch phase into Irish, UK, NI and European Markets. Helped her develop and define her brand and market positioning, brand identity and USP. Also helped her in developing a comprehensive digital and marketing strategy, which helped to grow her brand nationally and internationally.
Output and Results:
The brand has gained major listings in some key Irish retailers and is now selling to Northern Ireland, UK and France.
