Overview

I specialise in helping businesses grow their sales through the implementation of Sales and Marketing actions. I use practical measures to find ways to grow sales as well as a range of Marketing tools including Digital Marketing to help businesses expand their reach, become more recognisable and grow their customer base. Prior to this I was the General Sales Manager for a large multinational operation in the Engineering, Construction & Automotive sectors, spearheading commercial, general and strategic management with responsibility for generating additional revenue streams. I also spent several years as Commercial Manager for one of Ireland’s largest Recycling Operators with responsibility for developing Commercial Recycling Operations, Large Contract Management and Public Procurement Tenders. Behind everything we do is our focus on training people so that when we have completed our work, there are people in place who can continue to deliver results in the future.
