Overview

Currently a Consultant with Full Circle Management Solutions, Garrett specialises in assisting SME companies on both sides of the border with growth strategies in their indigenous and export markets.

On an ongoing basis with Full Circle, Garrett works with several cross-border region companies with the core aim of delivering tangible results for the businesses in terms of growing sales outside their indigenous markets, primarily to NI, ROI and GB. His specific objectives with each company are many-fold and include the completion of export audits, the preparation of export action plans, the liaison with business leads partners (generation of sales meetings) and generally provide mentoring support to prepare participant companies for cross-border trade.

Over the span of his consultancy career, Garrett has worked in a multitude of sectors in Ireland (North and South) including Horticulture, Textiles, Packaging, Foodservices and Tourism & Leisure. That said, Garrett has developed particular experience in the construction and engineering sectors, having delivered assignments for both ROI/NI public and private sector clients with core aims to promote export cross border trade in NI / ROI and beyond.

In addition, Garrett worked for 5 years as a Project Manager with Constructing Excellence in Northern Ireland where he developed strong relationships countless contractors, developers, public sectors clients and construction consultants.
