Close Focus is a technical and management consultancy practice. Founded in 2015, with expertise in Engineering, Manufacturing, Environmental Sustainability and Renewables. With an extensive local and national business network across the island of Ireland, Close Focus will be your local guide to market entry. I have supported business across a diverse range of sectors on pre market engagement, market entry and relationship building, as well as technical areas including regulatory compliance and global customs and supply chain. My 20+ year corporate career includes: 10 years technical engineering experience developing products for global Healthcare and Life Sciences markets; Sales Development in Factory and Process Automation across Ireland; UK and Ireland wide Training and Consulting in Global Product Compliance (including CE marking and REACH); and a senior leadership role as Global Head of Sustainability for a large multinational manufacturing company where I engaged extensively in circular economy modelling and selection and use of renewables technologies. I am a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, a member of Engineers Ireland Northern Regional Committee. Hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Technology Management from the Open University and Mini MBA from Queens University.
